*Kelly's Bella*

I promised that I would be playing with my Cosmobella again... I needed to make just the perfect birthday card for my friend Kelly.

I saw this image at Stamping Bella and had to have her. I'm not a big fan of unmounted stamps so I added some foam to the back of the rubber and put her on a block... makes it easier for me to use her.

So, here she is.... Kelly Cosmobella. It looks like her. She'd totally dress like this and have a pretty girlie drink in her hand LOL!

I gave her the card last night and she loved it. Made me feel good that I took the time to make it just the way I needed to.

To colour her, I used my Stampin' Up Stampin' Write Markers. For the bluejeans, I used Bashful Blue and simply kept layering more and more colour on to create the shading. There are Swarovski Crystals on the hem of her capris. To create the "floor" I scribbled some Going Grey ink from my marker onto a plastic lid and picked it up with my Blender Pen to create a lighter shade. Easier than masking for sure!

Happy (belated) Birthday Kell!!
