*Snow Swirls*

It's a beautiful sunny day here this morning. Apparently it should warm up a little for the next two days which means that the dusting of snow we got on Sunday should disappear.... in time for the threat of more snow by Friday.

I shouldn't complain. I choose to live here. We could move somewhere with a warmer climate. But then I'd probably complain that I missed the snow in winter.

Why are we never happy with the weather?

I guess we all just need something to talk about/complain about. Complaining about the weather connects us all!

I purchased a couple of winter/Christmas sets from The Angel Company a few weeks ago. What a great value. They come in sets like Stampin' Up! but they don't come with wood blocks. It's the rubber (which is blue!!) and cling foam. You cut them out like you would the Stampin' Up! sets, but they are only on the foam. You then use them with an acrylic block.

I will admit that a few years back, I was totally against these and the acrylic stamps. I like my rubber and I like my wood. But I've decided that I don't care how the stamps come... I will buy wood mounted when I can, but if I fall in love with an image, I'm not going to not buy it if it's acrylic or unmounted.

This is one of the images from one of the sets I purchased. It combines my love of snowflakes and swirls. Gotta love that!

The problem was, as soon as I got the set I drew a blank as to what to do with it! Sigh.
