*Make It Sparkle Challenge*

In May, I thought it wold be a neat idea to challenge the CalGals to create something each month for our get-togethers. Since it was my idea, I got to choose the first challenge... and I challenged all of us to make cards with BLING! Shannon and her Mom didn't participate cuz they didn't get around to creating anything, but Tracy, Allison and I did.

This is the card I created for the challenge. The flowers are covered in Iridescent Ice embossing powder and there are bling gems along the words.

I got inspiration from a store-bought card that my mother in law gave me for Mother's Day.

Items Used:
*Cardstock: Stampin' Up! Soft Sky, Certainly Celery, So Saffron, Tempting Turquoise
*Images: Stampin' Up! Fundamental Phrases; Autumn Leaves Mindy's Flowers
*Ink: Palette Noir; Versa Magic Sea Breeze, Aloe Vera and Thatched Straw
*Tools: Word Window Punch
*Embellishments: Maya Road chipboard, Iridescent Ice embossing powder, bling, grosgrain ribbon, Doodlebug Sugar Coated brads
