*Big Merry and Bright*

Good morning everyone... we had a great evening with our friends last night with lots of fun and laughter, not to mention yummy food!

We don't need a special party to have a good time though....  it can be as simple as playing cards or sitting around a fire in the back yard... we always have a good time!

Most of us began this friendship back when Matthew was in Kindergarten.... all but one family has a kid Matthew's age.  It started out as the moms hanging out with the kids, then went to the moms getting together without the kids, and somewhere in there it morphed into couples getting together.

I bought this acrylic stamp set (no idea who makes it though... maybe Stammpendous???) a few years back and have never managed to figure out what I wanted to do with it... the "merry" with the open line was what drew me to the set but then managed to throw me for a loop.

And while in Ontario I had a vision and created this card...
Items Used:
*Cardstock:  Stampin' Up! Basic Black, Riding Hood Red; PTI White
*Patterned Paper:  My Mind's Eye
*Images:  unknown
*Ink:  Memento Tuxedo Black; Stampin' Up! Riding Hood Red

I think that a paper with a little less vibrant pattern might have worked better... but at least I finally used this stamp set!

This card looks great! Isn't it a good feeling when we get inspiration on something in our stash and finally get to use it?! So glad you had a nice time last night :-)
