Oh Nancy, I'm so sorry for you! I live in MN, so I know what it's like to get snow after an 80 degree day. But, I'm not sure I've EVER experienced snow right before Memorial Day. Hugs to you, I think you really need them!!!!!
Hi - I am also from Calgary and my yard looks identical. Had to bang off the snow from the branches to prevent them from breaking. A neighbour had some tree limbs fall off and he was using a chain-saw to prevent further damage. Just go figure .....
Hi Nancy. Well looks like winter is misplaced at your house. What is happening to our weather system??? I enjoy reading your blog. Always something interesting going on out there. Wishing you summer in the summer months and snow in the winter from here on in. Rozanne Knight
Eek - snow in May. Mother Nature is definately confused this year. Its nice here in the Atlantic provinces this weekend. . .I am keeping my fingers crossed that your snow isn't headed this way!! LOL!!
Oh my SIL lives in Lethbridge! I'm sure she's getting it too! It's downright balmy her in SW Ontario. We were at 32° yesterday before the rains cooled it down nicely. We did go camping though one Victoria day weekend and it snowed here!

ReplyDeleteOh no! Poor you. Don't you hate that? It's been really nice in PA today but it's supposed to rain this weekend and get chilly again. Darn weather!
