*Flowers!*

It's no surprise... I LOVE creating cards with flowers.  Most of my stamps (if we don't count Christmas stuff) are floral sets.  I fell deep in love with the My Favorite Things Stitched Blooms dies a while back and love playing with them!  I have never cut the dies apart so when I want to play I usually cut all of the flowers out in a variety of colours.  You'll see the leftovers from todays card popping up for a while.

For this card I used some smaller scraps on my desk... I honestly have no idea what colours I used.  I cut out as many flowers as I could and just played around with placement on the card front until I had something I liked.  I glued the layers of flowers together as I went along.  I then grabbed a piece of Press 'n Seal (yes, from the grocery store) to pick up the spray of flowers and flipped it over.  I added glue to the back and then carefully put it back on top of my card.  The Press 'n Seal is a great way to keep your die cuts in the positions you liked them... I've tried doing it so many other ways but this works the best in my opinion.

I happened to have some of the Taylored Expressions Simple Strips stamped in Versafine Clair Nocturne on white cardstock as well as the backer cut out of the same pink of the flowers I had cut so I added one to the front of the card with foam adhesive.  

To finish it off, I used a few Studio Katia embellishments for a little sparkle.
