CAS Colours & Sketches #501*

I finally bought some of the Stampin' Up! inks to make my colour challenges a little easier.  I used to have them all but I found I wasn't using them so I sold them all...  and then promptly kicked myself in the ass for having done so.  I purchased my two favourite sets and hope to use them a little more often than I had been.

We are back for a new year of challenges at CAS Colours & Sketches.  We have made a small change to our challenges in that we will only be doing challenges on the first and third Tuesdays of the month.  The first Tuesday of the month will always be a colour challenge and the 3rd Tuesday of the month will always be a sketch challenge.  If there is a fifth Tuesday in the month, we'll do a double challenge that will last a week.  We hope that with more time to complete the challenge that more people will be able to play along with us!

It was difficult for me to make the switch to a non-Christmas card palette but I'm glad this was our first colour challenge of the year... I love all three of these colours!  The only issue I have is that the Cherry Cobbler does not look like Cherry Cobbler when I used it with my stencil....  Even with a few layers it still looks more pink than red.
