I struggled with my design team card for CAS on Friday. Our theme is "watercolour" and I tried a bunch of different things that just didn't work out. I'm glad that I did finally land on something that more or less worked.
I made my card out of watercolour paper (I wish it was white instead of cream). I taped off a rectangle in the centre of the card and swiped metallic watercolour paints in that spot. Once it was dry, I stamped on top of it. You can't say it isn't clean and simple LOL!
Card Info*Cardstock: watercolour paper
*Stamps: MFT In Bloom, Something for Everything
*Ink: Versafine Clair Nocturne
*Etc: Kuretake Gem Colours

ReplyDeleteIt's amazing!! I love the masked watercoloring!
ReplyDeleteThe rectangle looks great! Love the fact that the sentiment and flowers stick out. Perfect card for our watercoloring challenge!
