This week for the This or That Instagram Hop, we had to choose between stripes and dots. What a DIFFICULT decision for me!!! I went through my patterned papers and pulled out a few different options and settled on this basic black and white striped paper. I added a black strip at the top and put this colourful die cut on top (which was in my bin of extras)
