I love my Prima Flowers, but I hardly ever seem to grab them to use them. I think part of it is that I bought the flowers I have but didn't think much about colour selection. I have a lot of burgundy flowers, a few pinks... but not a lot of colours I seem to gravitate to regularly.
That's why I joined Janet's Canadian Prima Share... I'll get a good variety of colours of daisies this way.
Today's card uses some of my Prima Flowers.
I started with an Almost Amethyst card which I put through my Cuttlebug with the D'vine Swirls embossing template (have you figured out that I love this template???). I then added some beautiful Primas in the corner. I didn't attach them to the card with the gold brads... instead I put the gold brads through the flowers to cover the holes in the flowers and then glued them on to the card. I prefer to not have brads sticking through the finished card if at all possible. I tied a pink ribbon across the top and added a gold swirl clip.
Easy peasy.
I don't know what it is but I think I've used more Almost Amethyst cardstock in the last month than I have in the two years I've been using SU cardstock!
Have a great weekend!
