See, I said I'd be back with a card soon. I'm so sorry that it's been so long. Time is just getting away from me right now.
I do have big news.... I decided to go with my gut and have given notice at the school... as of the middle of February I will be working at The Scrapbook Pantry Monday thru Thursday. I'm going from working 8 hours a week to 20... should be interesting! It's got to be better than running back and forth between the two jobs.
The card for today uses some of the new paper I got for Christmas... I just love this stack from Costco!
Items Used:
*cardstock: Stampin' Up! Whisper White, Blue Bayou
*patterned paper: K&Co.
*images: Stampin' Up! Time Well Spent
*ink: Palette black; Stampin' Up Blue Bayou and Purely Pomegranate; Blender Pen
*tools: Cuttlebug and D'vine Swirl embossing folder
*embellishments: bling
Hi Nancy, I've been checking out your blog for awhile. I found it by searching for cuttlebug (which is my new toy that I got for Christmas). I was wondering. When you use the embossing on your card (like this one), does it matter when you open it and see the opposite side? Do you cover the inside so it doesn't show? Or do you just leave it? Thanks!
ReplyDeleteGreat card Nancy!
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you will have fun working at the Scrapbook Pantry & it's better than going back & forth!
Great card, Nancy. So glad to hear that you made a decision on the job. I think it is a good one...you seem quite happy there. :0)
