*It's My Friday*

WOW, what a busy few days at the store... lots and lots of customers, lots of sales, some new products (today we had an order of baby and birthday papers and accessories from Imaginisce). It's been great that we've had some of our "repeat customers" as well as a bunch of people who have never been in to the store before.

Have I told you lately that I really like my job? My forte is the computer stuff so I currently do things like customer maintenance, customer emails, inventory, adding product to inventory... and apparently I will be handling website stuff once it is up and running.

Of course, no matter how much any of us like our jobs, it's also nice to not go to work. I like my Fridays off... a chance to catch up with a girlfriend, or run errands, or do nothing, or craft. So Thursday is my Friday. Gotta love it!

I created this card a few weeks ago using some stuff from the store as well as some Stampin' Up! stuff. This was my first attempt at using my Nestabilities to create an embossed frame on a card.

Items Used:
*Cardstock: Stampin' Up! Whisper White, Almost Amethyst
*Images: Stampin' Up! Merci
*Ink: Palette Noir; Stampin' Up! markers in Almost Amethyst, Regal Rose, Certainly Celery
*Tools: Cuttlebug; Nestabilities; tan embossing mat; waterbrush
*Embellishments: ribbons bought at The Scrapbook Pantry

  7. What a beautiful, sweet card. I keep thinking I need to order some nestabilities. Don't know if I'm smart enough to figure out how to use them in my cuttlebug.
