Another card from months ago... I decided to play with a technique with Perfect Pearls. It's been a LONG time since I played with them! I used an embossing folder on black cardstock and then tried to carefully wipe Versamark ink over the raised areas. I then dusted the Perfect Pearls over the top. I used my Perfect Layers Tool to create a small matte of blue and layered it all on to a black card.
Love Perfect Pearls and this card is beautiful.
