We have a new colour challenge for you at CAS Colours and Sketches. It's a fun combination that could be used for so many different things!
I am in need of birthday cards in my stash (I have a lot of thinking of you, which I could use for birthday, but not a lot of birthday cards at the moment) so I went with some birthday balloons. I tried a lot of different things before I landed on this layout.
