Time Out Challenges is back for another year of fun challenges... for our first challenge of 2023, we challenge you to be "romantic"...
I don't make a lot of Valentine cards... but I was inspired by this challenge as well as the Color Hues challenge... and I am in LOVE with how my card turned out.... it is so subtle and pretty!
The dotted circles are actually 7 different circles but when I saw the package I loved how they all looked together. I took them out of their packaging and laid them out on my work surface with the "fancy side" down and carefully taped them together with some mint tape from Scrapbook.com. I didn't get them lined up perfectly but I think I came pretty darn close!
