This was a difficult quote for me to interpret in to a card. I held on to the words "heart" and "formidable" and made a big heart...
I started by cutting a heart out of a piece of printer paper and using the negative to stencil a heart off the edge of my front panel. I left that paper stencil in place and used a slight different colour over to put the pattern from another stencil over the heart.

Such a beautiful CAS card! Love your stenciled heart and am now thinking why didn't I make something elegant and stylish like this lol!
